I'm Konrad Nierwinski, a successful business owner, husband, and father of four. My fitness journey wasn't just about passion; it was about survival.

Years ago, I unknowingly let my health deteriorate under the crushing weight of daily stress, business demands, and family responsibilities. My wake-up call came when I was preparing for a trip. Stepping on the scale, I saw 224 lbs staring back at me.

From that moment, my mantra crystallized: My health is as important as my business, my children, and my financial success—everything.

Over the next decade, I dedicated myself to discovering the perfect formula. Through rigorous education and direct learning from industry leaders, I uncovered the true key to sustainable, results-driven fitness.

I cracked the code by merging science-based training methodologies with data-backed nutrition strategies. The outcome? For several consecutive years, I've ranked among the top 10 CrossFit athletes in South Carolina while balancing my roles as a father, entrepreneur, and Head Coach at CrossFit Myrtle Beach.

If I can commit to training and optimizing my physique while juggling four kids, running a business, coaching classes, and serving as my children's personal Uber driver… You can, too!

From Athlete to Coach – My Fitness Journey

I understand your struggles because I've lived them.

I know what it's like to battle weight gain, feel stuck in the gym, and chase progress without a clear direction. That's why I emphasize a goal-oriented, science-based approach that prioritizes strength, aerobic capacity, movement efficiency, and sustainable improvement.

  • Focused on long-term results, not short-term fixes.
  • Built to help business owners, professionals, and parents reclaim their fitness.
  • A system refined over years of trial, error, and education.

Fueling for Peak Performance

You can't out-train a bad diet. My fitness journey took a massive leap when I understood the role of science-backed nutrition. After getting certified by Precision Nutrition, I learned that properly fueling your body is just as important as training effectively. I teach my clients:

  • How to structure their nutrition around performance goals.
  • The importance of body composition over just weight loss.
  • Meal timing, macronutrient balance, and recovery strategies tailored to their needs.
The Science Behind My Coaching Approach

My coaching philosophy is built on scientific principles, data-driven decision-making, and individualized programming.

Aerobic Development & Conditioning

Developing a strong aerobic base is essential for endurance and recovery. My training focuses on improving oxygen utilization, cardiovascular efficiency, and sustained energy output through steady-state and high-intensity workouts.

Strength & Power Training
Strength training is more than just lifting weights—it's about efficiency, movement mechanics, and maximizing power output. My approach incorporates progressive overload, functional strength movements, and explosive training to build well-rounded athleticism.

Lactate Threshold & Energy Management

Training at or near your lactate threshold improves the body's ability to sustain high-intensity efforts without early fatigue. I design sessions that enhance endurance, increase power, and optimize pacing to help athletes push their limits effectively.

Heart Rate & Recovery Optimization

Tracking heart rate and recovery markers ensures training intensity aligns with physiological readiness. By implementing structured recovery strategies and monitoring Heart Rate Variability (HRV), I help clients avoid overtraining and maximize performance gains.

Personalized Programming & Periodization
My clients' training plans are designed around their unique goals, fitness levels, and lifestyle demands. Through structured progression phases, continual adaptation, and real-time performance tracking, my approach ensures long-term, sustainable results.
