Before, no matter how hard I hit the gym, my performance barely budged, and I wasn't seeing any physical changes. With nutrition, I had a vague idea, but I was just drowned in information.

Since I started, I've completely transformed my body. I dropped from 23% to 10% body fat and lost 30 pounds! My strength and cardio shot up, my joints stopped aching, and my gym performance is through the roof. Plus, I'm way more confident about what I'm eating. The most valuable part was actually sitting down and calculating my macros and learning how to do it myself, instead of just being told what to do. And the changes were surprisingly minor—I still ate most of the same foods, just different portions.

This whole process has really boosted my confidence and overall daily health. My favorite thing is the teaching aspect. It gives me the knowledge and power to keep going on my own, but I know he's always there if I need him. Having a personal coach is a total game-changer. You might be in the gym every day, but having a clear path for your goals makes all the difference. You'll stay focused and accountable. I've hit my goal body weight, can do a bar muscle-up, and can handle CrossFit classes efficiently. I still love to cook and eat, but now I understand I don't need to cut out carbs or fat; I just need to keep my macro percentages in check. His coaching style is tough love, but it's clear he genuinely cares and expects a lot from both himself and his clients. After a lifetime of sports and regular exercise, I've truly never felt better.
